Priestly-Taylor evapotranspiration model

This model is based on the Priestley-Taylor equation:

where

PTc (unitless) is the Priestley-Taylor constant location parameter .
Radnet ((MJ/m²)/day) is the net radiation .
Slopevpf (kPa/°C) is the slope of saturation vapor pressure function of temperature
γ (kPa/C) is the psychometric constant
SoilHeatFlux ((MJ/m²)/day) is the soil heat flux.
